I’m sure they vape in bathrooms everywhere. But the kids at FCHS doing it are a lot more sketchy. Having a high population of kids who don’t care about school doesn’t make for a great environment. [/quote]

has more to do with socioeconomic status than ethnicity. It's no secret that lower SES leads to more issues at the school. At LJMS halls were regularly closed because there were so many fights. I can tell you my friend who have kids at other schools never had to worry about fights in the hallways.
