If he can't keep sips of water down after a little while, if he isn't peeing, if he is incoherent, or if there's blood in what he's putting out, I would worry. His doctor might want him to be seen to rule out stuff like appendicitis or for fluids or anti nausea meds, but probably they will tell you to wait and see for a day or two. [/quote]
