They're cooking raw meat. They make the rice and guacamole daily. Lettuce, peppers, onion, etc are chopped fresh every day. Peppers and onions are cooked on the grill from fresh. Chips are fried fresh. Red and green salsa, and beans come cooked in a bag. Tomatoes come diced in a bag along with corn and fresh aromatics are added (onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and lime juice) to make the pico and corn salsa. [/quote]
