Go to Chantilly Kumon Center, full of middle class or maybe lower SES immigrant families, East Asian, South Asian, Latino, Eastern Europeans and god knows what. Most kids are at one year or two years above grade level. It's about priorities. We go there because we have to use up the VA acceleration grant, otherwise we won't do the tutoring. [/quote]
