Etc. etc. just keep non-emotionally repeating the same things. There doesn’t need to be any justification other than you want him to leave.

Don’t help him with his apartment/home search. Decide what you will do if it is X day and he is still there. You should figure out what legal rights, if any, he has as a tenant. [/quote]
