By which I mean the middle of America geography wise. I usually end up going to steakhouses with people from the Midwest (for business lunches/ dinners). The exception is J&G Steakhouse, which really isn't a classic steakhouse at all. Ruth's Chris originated from New Orleans but first seem to have much New Orleans character. [/quote]
