When I restarted completely deconditioned during the pandemic I was still able to easily do 40lbs DBs for sets of 12-15. A year later I was grabbing 90s. If grip is an issue use straps, but using 15-20lbs DBs is a waste of time for most leg movements unless you are working some sort of HIIT circuit. [/quote]
