It's a fantasy because they are consumed with sexual thoughts and feelings but at that age they have no idea what the actual effect on them and their sexuality not only as a young teen but going forward as an older teen and later as an adult will be.  I know a guy who was seduced by a teacher when he was 16, he never revealed that to anyone until recently, he is now late 40s.  He sees now how that experience warped his development and views on sexuality well into his adulthood and caused a lot of problems for him.  He's hasn't reported her to any authority and won't even name her, he is just sharing his experience with friends.  He fully admits he was flattered and willing when it happened but that is definitely not the whole story.[/quote]
