That house needs some serious renovation/upgrades. It looks nice on the outside and has imo a nice backyard. However, interior is another story. The dark wood trim everywhere looks meh/really old imo and really darkens the place too.

I also think it's a little overpriced, but I don't know the Tacoma area well enough to be certain of that. Schools (going off the greatschopls ranking which I know not everyone is a fan off) also seem fairly bad (especially the elementary). [/quote]

I feel like your misspelling of Takoma and admission that you don’t know the area well undermines the authority of your opinion here, haha (and I disagree that it needs extensive upgrades). But - the floor plan makes it appear that two of the bedrooms are accessed from a separate staircase and there’s a wall between them and the primary? If that’s right and not easily fixable I would pass for a family with little kids (or even bigger kids honestly).[/quote]

PP was right though about Rolling Terrace and SSIMS not being great schools, at least compared to the elementary and middle schools in other parts of TKPK (like where the Willow house feeds).[/quote]
