If you click on the instagram post from Washingtonian Problems and scroll and read the comments many residents of the block and neighborhood have posted that they knew him, identify him by name. It is unclear if he is homeless but many thought he was (he is always wearing the same clothes). He abuses some sort of substance and is always under the influence (of what it doesn't say) but they post that there is an open air drug market closeby that he frequents. He had some sort of manic, violent and crazy episode at the local Dunkin Donuts. One woman posts that he exposed himself to her and her son as they were walking home. Several people say he screams at them, jumps out of no where to be suddenly in their face and aggressive.

This is horrific. The woman who had numerous contacts with him and called police then said she didn’t want to press charges though, and then seemed to be blaming police when she said she kept sending them information and they didn’t respond! Lady, MPD is not a social services agency, when you said you didn’t want to press charges what exactly did you expect the police to do?![/quote]
