We also give her a cash bonus for her birthday and Christmas. To each their own but nickel and diming the person taking care of our child all day isn’t something that I support.[/quote] I think you're a very extreme outlier if you've received two 10% pay increases in the last 14 months. Or are you just paying her minimum wage and you are a lower paid employee? Your math isn't mathing given the economy.[/quote]
