They likely are not from Olney, so they went to an out of the way park/woods to do this. I severed on a Federal Grand Jury for 12 months. We heard lots of MS13 cases, including murders, extortion and robbery. There is not any area that is not affected by gang related crime. You don't bury bodies in your own backyard. The cases crossed state lines (not just DC MD VA) and were handled between many federal agencies. [/quote]
