I had an abortion at 19 and believe me, I was pressured all around by boyfriend, mother, friends. I’ll never know if it was the right choice for me, it didn’t even feel like a choice and the fallout included a ton of heartache and lifelong grief and regret.

It really should be a social norm that when a young woman is pregnant, nobody is allowed to say anything except, ‘I will be here for you in any way I can, whatever choice you make.’ Period.[/quote]
