I just think it seems like it affected her emotionally more than it did for him, and that he wasn’t there for her. I agree that a baby would have been a disaster. But like so many guys, he had no problem getting her pregnant and seemed to be emotionally unavailable when she suffered the repercussions of it.
Imagine that a 20 yo not being emotionally available. This is true for women and men.
Sure, but men don’t have to deal with the ultimate decision and possible trauma of aborting a pregnancy.

Hard agree. Plus the fact that she's the kind of dummy who would have churned out kids ("aww, BABIES") with no awareness of her inability to parent them. Bad enough that two kids suffered because of her challenges.

I had an abortion at 19 and believe me, I was pressured all around by boyfriend, mother, friends. I’ll never know if it was the right choice for me, it didn’t even feel like a choice and the fallout included a ton of heartache and lifelong grief and regret.
It really should be a social norm that when a young woman is pregnant, nobody is allowed to say anything except, ‘I will be here for you in any way I can, whatever choice you make.’ Period.

The implication is that he heavily pressured her into termination.
I don't think it's quite the bombshell people want to think it is. JT is already roundly known as a creep. She's not mentally well. No one is super sad another kid wasn't brought into this world or into that family.
