I’m ready to start treatment![/quote] In my experience, communication has been horrible every step of the way: it's getting the front desk to book appointments ( never return calls even when you leave messages), getting the financial coordinator( she is the worst offender, never returns calls), getting info about my cycle while the cycle is going on ( this one time they failed to call and tell me to increase dose of meds and were surprised I was still on lower dose at the next visit).
