I recently restarted as a patient and after calling the front desk at the K street office, I had an appointment with my Dr 3 weeks later. In the meantime, I was able to do all of the baseline testing that was needed before starting another cycle (the water up the uterus thing, blood tests, and follicle count). When I did speak to my Dr, she said I could start an FET with my next cycle, which was about a week later. This was with Dr Devine. I was also proactive about sending updated insurance information so that everything could be preapproved, but I have always had a positive experience with the financial counsellors I have worked with. If you are a new patient, it will always take longer.
PP from above. Dr. Devine was my Dr, too. Her team was very responsive.

Yeah, I have had the same experience. Generally easy to get in touch with my team and they have been proactive about scheduling.
Me too. I have Dr. Osborn at Sibley FWIW. Her nurses are super on top of it.
