I find it unfair if a Nanny does not get two weeks of HER choosing, she shouldn’t have to have only one week per year of her boss’s choosing! Most jobs that offer paid vacations leave the dates up to their employees. It is not really a benefit if someone has to use a vacation week when their employer dictates…..[/quote]
