You may not start or reply to emails via Synergy, but there’s nothing to stop staff, students, and parents from emailing you through it. Their emails will forward to your Outlook by default I think.[/quote]

Yes, synergy forwards them to outlook ( although i think you have to set it to) but[b] I still can’t reply to the original email via Outlook. [/b]I tell parents explicitly that i do not check or respond to emails sent to synergy. I give them my . org address, it is on them to follow the direction. [/quote]
