If you are new to strength training, then I would go the traditional route and stream the workout from the app and follow along. You can do one longer (20, 30-minute) workout or stack several 10-minute workouts targeting different muscle groups. Another option is the Peloton gym programming, also in the app. These are non-video strength workouts.
