Op here. For more visuals for your questions -

Great room option would be a walk out to a small yard under the deck but yes, no doors and no closet in the room. It would be a small closet under the stairs.

Study has double entry doors but no bathroom in it, the half bath is next to it. No closet but has nook.

The bedroom build allows entry from the bedroom into the full bathroom but it is not a walkout. [/quote]
