We chose the virtual option and the proposed designs were spot on for what we wanted. You can buy products through them or ship on your own. We did a mix of both as we could find some of the products online for cheaper. Feel free to ask any questions[/quote] I've used them for a couple of rooms and been happy as well. We did the option that came with a floor plan. I bought everything outside of Havenly as I have heard returns are difficult through them.[/quote]
