Thanks![/quote] PP, I like quinoa with black beans, diced tomato, corn, cilantro, cumin, scallions, and lime juice. I'll serve that with salad and vegetables as a main course (we're vegetarian). As a side I like to cook quinoa in veg broth and then fluff it with cilantro and tomatillo salsa.[/quote]
