Oh yea, and in the winter, replace bean salads with soups.

Anyone have good quinoa recipe suggestions? Just read that soaking first can take off some of the bitterness. (But I don't know if that also reduces the nutritional value...but I don't much like the quinoa bitter.) Thanks!
