[/quote] Go to H Mart. They have cases of precooked rice that heats up in 2 minutes in the microwave. It's more expensive than buying huge bags of cheap rice in bulk, but not more expensive than buying bags of specialty rice from Whole Foods. I discovered it when we were remodeling the kitchen and needed microwave staples, but love it so much that I'm still buying it a year later![/quote]
