Is your child okay with possibly missing a test or two? Mine wouldn’t. That is pretty much the only consideration; would they be okay with making up work after the break? In 7th grade, DD always had big assignments or tests right before long holidays so they wouldn’t have it hanging over their head during the break. [/quote]
