Pertaining to Michigan:

The crimes that occurred over 20 years ago were finally reported in 2019 2021 during the Dr Anderson molestation scandal findings.   They did NOT occur in those two years.  So you’re  looking at behavior that happened last century and applying it to the recent past and present.

How can you currently call a campus the most dangerous based off statistics that happened more that two decades ago?
