Yes, hoodies are allowed in most every school.
Yes, parents let their kids wear a hoodie instead of a winter coat. It doesn’t get dangerously cold here in the winter. If a kid chooses to be cold, that’s their choice. [/quote]

Principal at our school was clear that kids can wear hoodies, but cannot wear hoods up in hallways.[/quote]
