Which I know realize I did when I arrived at IAD a few years ago to renew.[/quote] Right- you already had GE, so were allowed to use it during your interview/renewal process. It seems like some airports have the GE agents do the EoA process. At other airports it's in a separate office. You should ask a CBP officer when you get into the arrivals area where to go. But reasonable assumption you won't be able to use the GE line if your kid doesn't have GE fully approved yet.[/quote]
