I just remembered my cousin's solution, which is to spend part of her Sunday making meals for the week and organizing it in neatly labeled glass containers in her fridge. Looked like something out of a magazine, it was all so nicely arranged. Carbs, veggies, fruit and protein all ready to mix and match, and reheat. But you might not be ready to level up.
