So if someone has $1,500 and hypothetically spends $0.01 of the grant by September 1st, they can keep the grant for the rest of the year. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if they change things again. They don’t want to clawback money. What a headache. It would leave little time to redistribute to new grantees and for those new grantees to send money out the door. Really they should’ve just made this a program that reimbursed parents directly and made them submit forms instead of developing a whole middleman system.[/quote]
