They changed the rules again. You now have until September 1 to use "some" of the money. Try to figure out something to get a payment in the system to somebody, You don't have to continue with the same tutor. If you are using it for OT, you might be able to use some of if for assistive tehcnologies or supports.
Some people are even using it to buy ipads.

Also look and see if there are any outschool classes your kid my like from the classwallet link. That's another way to use some of it before the september 1 deadline but still preserve the bulk for other services.
