I don't like breakfast food so usually eat our leftovers from the day before. In each of these meals there was also protein and/or a starch. Breakfast included leftover grilled chicken, for example. Lunch included some salmon and I put some croutons on the salad for crunch. The answer I gave above was only to answer the OP's question about eating the rainbow.[/quote]
