Yes it is our opinion, but we won’t pull something out of the air. You have to be damn sure or you will get in trouble, but I’m sure others are less careful. Medical examiner then takes a look and determines whether a post mortem is needed. If there’s a chance that there was something unnatural, accidental or intentional, the ME will order an autopsy.
