Such as ovo and lemon or something like that?[/quote] I did mean cannelli, which I like because they have soft skin, but canned northern beans can work too. I make a vinaigrette with evoo and red wine vinegar or any Italian- like dressing I have on hand. I also do one with a dijon vinaigrette, cucumbers, red onion and garbanzos which is good. [/quote]
