Other people may want to work night and weekends. There is a shift for everyone.[/quote] Yes, but you have to take that shift consistently. Subbing you can do whenever you want. There aren't many other jobs with that flexibility. I agree though they should pay more, but that's a taxpayer issue too.[/quote]
