[/quote] I didn’t weigh myself for probably the first 5, so when I did, I was in the high 140s and was so elated. Then I’ve just kept at it. FWIW, I didn’t weigh myself for another week or so as I was traveling. Was certain I had gained back the weight so was, again, elated to see I had dropped more than expected. Now it’s been about 2 lbs over the last week (so guess not a 1/2 pound every day but some days). I’m not measuring my daily intake. I’ve cut back but have not, as I think I stated earlier, cut all alcohol and sugar. I’d be psyched to get to 115 but breaking 130 would also be great. [/quote]
