It then took me the next 5 months to shed another 14 and I haven’t lost anything in the subsequent 4 months and have been bouncing between the low and up to 5 lbs above the low ever since. I’m not actively trying to lose anything else, just trying to maintain at this point.

I've lost 15 pounds and would like to lose another 15-20. The former would be fine and the latter would be ideal.
Appreciate any insights as well as suggestions on how to lose the next round of weight.
TIA.
Are you taking Ozempic?

I haven't gained any of it back and I'm eating like 2000 calories a day 3 years later. I'm also 5'4. But every body is different.
