How does the county know better than the school?[/quote] Level III is essentially meaningless. Getting or not getting the designation doesn't mean that anyone actually even read an application file. It may just mean that you applied and everyone who applies gets it [/quote] It varies from school to school. In our school our classroom and Aart teachers review and discuss the files and parents are told to fill out referral for consideration [/quote]
