They could just stop building it. I thought we already learned that concentrating poverty in one building is a bad idea. Give these folks a voucher and let them live wherever they want. [/quote]

They aren’t going to stop building it.  There is a public document called the Affordable Housing Master Plan with goals for number of units geographically within Arlington.  The county will have egg on its face if it doesn’t stay the course.   They can’t reach the goals in the document without buildings that are 100 percent affordable housing.[/quote]
