Talk to your tutor (presumably now on the approved list). The program only started in late April, so I don’t think tutors can bill for services before they were approved. If you contact tutors in your area or are willing to work with someone online, I think you’ll find quite a few would be delighted to work with you to come up with a way to help you spend $750 on tutoring for the summer.
