They sent another one a few days ago reminding people, I applied online (just had to upload proof of VA residency) and they already approved my family for the grant like two days later. Apparently it is first come, first serve up to $30m total.
If you have low HHI, you can get $3,000, but have to upload your tax return.
I thought it would be more complicated to apply and be approved for it, but apparently it isn't.
