[/quote] The people in the 20171 zip code were sent a survey which asked for a vote on the name. That's why it was chosen. There is a very old mansion of that name within the boundaries. (Of course, there are lots of "Oak Hill" mansions in Virginia.) I think it won because most people just thought it was a pretty name. [/quote]
