Call the Admission Officer.
Here is the deal - it might be better for MHC to give a little merit aid and sign the deal.
The Admissions Officer will know where the school is for hitting #s.
It is totally worth a call.

Have you DD send an email and ask for a 15 minute call and say that she wants a parent on the call as well.

PP here. I advised my kid and was w/ her in the FA office, but she handled all the comms and emails. It really wasn't hard, just presenting the other offers and making the request. There wasn't any need complex understanding or negotiation. No one have her answers in that moment. They just took the info and responded back later w/ a decision.[/quote]
