NP.. you know, I loved it when I got to finally live alone. My siblings and I shared a room; I had college room mates and then after I graduated. I finally got my own place sans roommate at 28.

BUT, there is something to be said about having to learn to compromise and deal with interpersonal conflicts. It's a great learning experience for her future career and in life.

She sounds like she's herself somewhat difficult, inflexible, and doesn't know how to compromise. Let it be a learning experience for her.[/quote]
to add.. I would imagine most schools have a questionnaire that pairs you up with people with similar preferences.  UMD does that.. they ask about whether you wake up early/late, bothered by drinking, vaping, etc... [/quote]
