Wasn't the first thing he passed economic stimulus?  And didn't he compromise with the Republicans to make a big chunk of it a tax cut?  Oh right, he did.  I suppose we would have passed more stimulus if he wasn't busy with health care.  Oh wait, the Republicans blocked that.  But maybe he would have passed regulations to prevent another financial meltdown in the future.  Oh wait, he did that and now the Republicans are trying to undo it.  The only thing left is a tax cut.  Oh wait, he did the payroll tax cut, which the Republicans tried to stop.  And of course the Bush tax cuts, which have been in effect the entire time. Oh wait but maybe budget cuts would fix something.  Oh wait, he cut a deal with the whackjob republicans on that, too.

So what exactly did you want with this extra "focus"???  You keep bringing it up.  It seems to me that lack of available time to think was not an issue.[/quote]
