[/quote] I assume if a parent emails the HOS then it is important - maybe unresolved bullying issue. highest priority should be the students so a parent’s communication should be highly priority for the HOS. Some have an assistant monitoring the emails so shouldn’t be a big deal to respond. Unless it’s a parent who is sending an unreasonable number of emails response should be 2 days max. [/quote]
