[/quote] I'm not making the carjacker out as the victim, but it did end horribly for him. If DC really cared (restorative justice wise) they'd realize that deterring car jacking is the best answer all around, rather than sitting back and letting them play out over and over. They often end horribly. I'm not sure folks like Charles Allen care much about victims, but they certainly show concern for criminals as seen in much of their legislation.
