It’s WASTE FRAUD AND ABUSE. Paying tens of millions of dollars in taxpayer money basically for a building so bureaucrats can come in once a week to socialize for a few hours. Meanwhile, thousands of hours are lost in productive time commuting, not to mention the environmental damage caused by the commute and utilities. The only people benefitting are the those who own the parking garage. The whole thing is a big joke and a gigantic waste of time. I. In a sane, responsible society, those responsible for this idiocy would be fired.
So sick of the whiny babies making so much more than the rest of the government still complaining about their more generous telework policy.
NP. It’s not complaining. It’s just not useful at all to come in.
It’s absolutely complaining. I work at a different FinReg. It would be useful if you all chose to make it useful but you don’t. There is absolute use to being in person around your coworkers. There is also use to working from home most of the time. Both of these things can be true. It’s subjective. You’re asked to come in once every other week. It’s not a big deal.
It’s twice in two weeks. Makes a big difference.
Okay well, I apologize. Twice in two weeks is just way too much to ask. That didn’t make the point you thought it made.
