His parents never thought there was anything "wrong" with his nose, so he got a job as a teen and saved up all his money for the surgery. I've seen before and after pictures and it sure made a huge difference. He's Italian descent. Luckily, my teens didn't inherit dad's nose. OP, Have your teen learn how to contour their nose with make up for now. [/quote]
