Acceptances are different every year. Personally, It's been a crazy cycle this year (probably was the case the last two years with Covid). I was a PP that posted my kid's stats that were ultimately rejected from Wisconsin. DC had great ECs as well as 300 hours of community service. It didn't work out for my kid at Wisconsin (or Texas, Michigan, Colorado or Florida). BUT, DC was accepted to 7 state schools from across the country. I feel blessed that our DC has options that many others don't have. DC went to a private in DC and wanted to go to a big state school after having a graduating class of roughly 78. My DC is disappointed with the rejections but life goes on and DC will be fine!!![/quote]
